Only the services provided to your property apply. Metered homes, private supplies and special accommodation have separate arrangements, and discounts or exemptions can reduce unmetered bills. Scottish Water’s guidance ↗
Northern Ireland
Separate domestic water charges remain deferred. No annual household water tariff is shown. This does not mean supplying water has no cost. Non-domestic properties, including farms and mixed-use premises, can be charged; eligible measured customers may receive a domestic allowance. Connection and other service charges are outside this summary.
Business water
These figures are household bills only. Business water charges depend on the site, its usage and the services it receives, so a household average is not a useful benchmark for a business. Check your own bill or ask your supplier for a site-specific price.
About these figures
England and Wales figures are company forecast averages: an individual metered bill depends on use and tariff, and unmetered bills can depend on rateable value or assessed use. Scottish band charges are standard unmetered charges before reductions. None of these figures is a quote, and no VAT has been added.
